This person will be responsible for the daily administration of various processes including the hiring process, background checks, data collection for performance metrics and forecast reporting.  This person will be responsible for working cross functionally with other teams including HRIS, Staffing, and Business Partners as well as candidates providing day-to-day consultation on our systems and processes.<br/><br/>Candidate and New Hire Experience Support<br/>- Provide consultation to recruiters and hiring managers as needed regarding the hiring process, background checks, and on-boarding.<br/>- Process transactions in the applicant tracking system to open job requisitions, update requisitions, close requisitions, etc.   This includes QA auditing before a requisition is posted.
