Qualifications

3) Great programming skills - Java development experience will be a plus but you would be expected to quickly pick any new language or script
4) 3+ years of work experience in the broad area of computer systems and large scale distributed systems in particular is important. Experience and contributions to core-layers of open source projects (HBase, Hadoop/HDFS, Drill, Riak) or proprietary systems such as GFS, Colossus, Dynamo, S3, Voldemort or Azure will be looked at favorably.
