VMware has OEM relationships as well as Distributors in countries to service resellers. The business in Developing Western China is at a stage that requires Partner Business Manager to identify, recruit and activate Resellers while at the same time increasing productivity of existing resellers.<br/><br/>We are ideally seeking a Sales oriented Partner Business Manager that can work with resellers and build executive relationships to motivate them to invest in building a VMware business. The successful candidate will have existing relationships with our most successful Enterprise resellers especially those dealing in providing infrastructure bases solutions not limited to &#8211; CISCO, Symantec, NetApps, EMC and server resellers.<br/><br/>In developing territory - The possible drag from hardware and services can be almost $2-3 for every $1 of VMware licenses - this is significant drag for most resellers. VMware has some of the most promising and profitable programs in the industry. Over and beyond normal margins available through distributors &#8211; our programs such as Advantage+ can add up to 16% margin to performing resellers.<br/><br/>The Landing Partner Business Manager will primarily be responsible for VMware's partners in Henan,Shanxi and some other neighboring provinces:<br/><br/>1. Carry revenue target from non-name accounts in the territory<br/>2. Recruit/ Develop and engage with local partners for opportunity identification, progression and closing<br/>3.
